Visit our Group Trips page, choose your destination, and follow the steps to reserve your spot. You’ll select your room type, payment plan, and submit your deposit. It's an all-in-one easy booking process.
A valid passport is required for all international trips. Some destinations may also require a visa. Be sure to check the specific trip page for any entry requirements , and we’ll also send reminders during your trip prep process.
Yes, if a trip is sold out, you can join the waitlist. We’ll contact you if a spot opens up or if we add additional availability. Waitlist spots are first come, first served.

Yes. While the M&S is women-centered, men are welcome to join if they’re booking with a guest, a part of a group, or just want to come solo.
Our group sizes typically range from 25 to 40 guests. We keep our groups intimate enough to build real connections , but lively enough to bring the energy and fun.
Yes! Payment plans are an option for all hosted group trips, or a single payment may be paid. After clicking “Book Now” and choosing your desired package, the monthly payment amount and due dates will be displayed.
If payment isn’t received within 3 days of the due date, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice. Check under trip details for the exact fee amount. We understand that hardships happen, so we kindly ask that you communicate with us at support@melaniandstamped.com before your payment due date.
Yes! You can opt into automatic billing during checkout to have your payments processed on schedule without any
manual steps.
Travel insurance is not included in your trip cost. During checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase it. For the most benefits, we recommend purchasing within 14 business days of booking. You can also request it at any time before your trip, just email us and we’ll add it to your invoice.
Deposit amounts vary by trip, but typically range from $50 to $300. The exact deposit will be listed on the individual trip page during booking.
All trips are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Absolutely! Many of our guests book with a friend, family member, or travel partner. Just be sure to reserve your spots around the same time to secure your room together.
At this time, we do not offer roommate matching. However, keep an eye out we plan to roll out a roommate matching program in Spring 2026.
Yes, single occupancy options are available on most trips for an additional cost. Just select the single room option
when booking your package.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 14 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.
If your roommate cancels or falls behind on payments, your package will automatically be adjusted to reflect single
occupancy pricing. You’re welcome to find a new roommate if you'd like to maintain the original rate.
As long as your trip is paid in full by the final payment deadline, you’ll receive your itinerary, travel instructions, and documents at least 30 days before departure, and sometimes even earlier.
Yes! We provide a customized packing list and trip guide before your departure so you know exactly what to bring and what to expect.
This depends on your personal spending habits, but we recommend budgeting for optional excursions, meals not included in the package, souvenirs, and tips. We’ll give you a more detailed estimate during the pre-trip call.
Each trip features a mix of cultural experiences, group outings, and fun activities. Some of our past activities have included: ATV riding, music games and giveaways, tours, themed dinners, wellness moments, and more. Every itinerary is crafted to reflect the vibe and purpose of that specific destination. Check the trip page for more details!
Flights and or charter bus is provided for some group trips. Be sure to read the "Trip Details" to see if roundtrip transportation is included in your selected package. Not all packages include transportation .

We’ll guide you every step of the way! You’ll receive a detailed itinerary, packing list, travel tips, and access to a pre-trip Zoom call. Plus, our team is always available for questions to make sure you feel fully prepared before takeoff.
Yes! We host a pre-trip Zoom call to go over important details and answer any questions. You’ll also be added to a group chat so you can connect with other guests and stay updated leading up to the trip.
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and health needs. Just let us know during booking. Our team will communicate with vendors and check in with you throughout the trip to make sure you're comfortable and
cared for.
Most of our trips are designed to be enjoyable for a wide range of fitness levels. While some excursions may involve walking or light activity, we always let you know in advance and offer time to rest and recharge.
